How do I return an item?
If you receive an item that is unsatisfactory for any reason, please contact customer service. Our goal is your satisfaction; if you have any concerns, please let us know, and we will do what we can to make it right.
You may return products purchased from Baytackleonline.com within 30 days for a full refund, after shipping and restocking fees are deducted. The customer is responsible for shipping fees in both directions, even if the product was originally shipped free. After 30 days, items are not returnable for any reason.
The restocking fee for returns is 15% of the retail cost of the item. We do not charge a restocking fee if you simply want to exchange an item. We only charge fees for shipping when an item is returned, even if the item originally shipped for free.
How to return items:
Baytackleonline.com must authorize any returns before you ship them to us.
Email us at Baytacklefishes@gmail.com to let us know what you need, and be sure to give us your order number. Our staff will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Before any tackle is returned to Baytackleonline.com, it must comply with the following conditions:
Items cannot be installed or used in any way; they must be in unused condition.
- Product must have original tags, stickers, and UPCs still attached in new condition.
Items must be in their original packaging, including associated parts and documentation.
You must include your original receipt, which may be printed from your online account.
You must obtain an RMA from Baytackleonline.com before shipping any product back.
You must return item(s) to the address we specify in the written response you get from customer service.
If you received an incorrect item, we will either exchange it at no cost to you, including what it cost to ship, or give you your money back, including shipping fees.
You, the customer, are responsible for properly packaging and returning items. We strongly suggest you insure your shipment. Baytackleonline.com will not be held responsible for damages incurred during the return shipping process.
If the product is returned damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
